in my experience other than noise changes there was no mpg or performnance gain to removing a mid box on a td5 or puma on std tune.

with a remap there is a noticeable difference. Cheers

I'm am intending to centre box/decat remove , in the hope of heat reduction into the cabin. Also I have purchased two mega packs of Dynamat. All of this too go in when my Scheel-mann seats arrive. There will be the benefit of heat from the engine being reduced cylinder head turbo and under bonnet temp. Thumbs Up

Haven't done the replacement yet, but is definitely on the to do list. I will be out of the country for roughly a month but as soon as I am back I will do it... and post the sound Smile
