Mud/Raptor/Iron Goat console?
Im wanting to fit a cantre dash console to my 300tdi, so that I can fit some extra switches. So which one do folk think looks the best, Mud or Raptor?

If it were me, I'd get the Mud one. The Raptor version looks a bit too home made, especially at that price. Darren

the raptor is good quality but after buying one and fitting it myself to my old 90 it has that same appeal which greeni said. the mud uk one looks much more original have you considered the iron goat one that looks even smarter Thumbs Up

Forgot about the IG console, ive added it to my forst post Thumbs Up I like how it comes with switched pre-installed. Does it still require the dash cutting out? And would a stereo really fit horizontally in that slot without hitting the grey vent panel?

If I chose the Mud console, I could drive over to them and collect along with other goodies. And perhaps even pop over to see Brendan to spend even more £££ Very Happy

Whats the best way to cut the holes in the Mud console, Dremel?

if it was me i would fit a td5 dash Laughing but failing that i would fit the iron goat then mud then the raptor

When I cut my mud console out, I just used a demel with a cutting wheel attachment.
Ps, it's the mud one hands down for me. I think it looks origional and not out of place. Thumbs Up An engine to TDi for!

Not sure how to add a poll to an existing post, but perhaps it would have been a good idea?

Well the Mud seems a popular choice. And if i get their gearstick tray as well then they will match each other hopefully.

I assume they have a physical shop to visit in addition to their website? If so, I may take a dive up there.
