Roof rack off, roof rack on.
It’s that time of year again so on Saturday I put the roof rack back on. I keep it at work and usually get some of the lads to do it for me but as we have been more or less flat out since March this has not happened. Anyway I dragged my wife along to help and used the FTL’s to do it. It always amazes me how much a roof rack changes the aesthetics of a vehicle. I can’t make my mind up if I prefer the look with or without. Anyway it’s on now and will stay until after our summer trip to Spain in August.

I have taken a day off (shock , horror) so Friday sometime, probably after lunch sometime. Will bring a bottle of malt Thumbs Up

I really hope this weekend works out for BLESMA, I was trying to get my youngest down but he is on duty doing stuff that can't be talked about Laughing . Coincidently one of my drivers rang this morning said they saw him in the services at South Mims last night.

“Looks better”

Can’t say the same for the “Land Rover” stickers on the doors - or are they for people who might think it’s a Cayenne or Mercedes?

That’s the thing about land rover ownership. You can make it individual. Admittedly not to everyone’s taste but that can be said about a lot of stuff.

Looks better on for me too! Thumbs Up
I have the tomb raider roof rack on mine and it stays on permanently.
I also like your sun visor, where did you get it?

I used to take my old rack on and off the (old) 110, same when I had a 90 too.

When i removed them, i used to think it looked more "streamlined" in a very vague sense of the word, and handling/speed was certainly improved, but once i refitted the rack, the vehicle instantly looked more purposeful.

Definately "on" Thumbs Up Thumbs Up
