I got a 'free' one with my 110 albeit with dealers advertising all over it!

Bought another from Paddocks for my 90 a few years ago, plain one twice the price as a Paddocks branded one, so I got the Paddocks one (same cover) . About £15 IIRC - soft sided with a hard outer shell.

What's the purpose of these covers? - something about UV light damaging rubber?

In terms of looks (ok subjective) think they look better uncovered

Sounds feasible, but what happens to the other four then?

Presumably they wear out and get replaced before the sun kills them
