Td5 ABS

Hi all,

Was ABS offered as an option or as standard on the Td5 Defenders?

I was chatting to Martin at autocraft about this yesterday when i collected my replacement turbo.

He's built a 110, rather like mine, and decided he wanted ABS/TC, so just dropped in a complete bulkhead that had ABS on it, then all the brake servo and a pair of axles.

so it is do-able.... but probably expensive! he breaks rovers for a living, so got the bits that way.

I think he means that ABS wasn't an option on the 130.

2015 Defender 110 Puma 2.2 USW Aintree Green

ABS and TC came packaged together as an option on my hard top - and if you need to replace the ABS unit it is .......£1500.
