What is different? ... stronger springs only?

Just had my 2nd clutch replaced at 35000km. The first one was gone after 18000km.

Yes, new spring materials (new color code).

Like you can see, the friction material and the flywheel are in perfect condition.

You must now that my engine was remapped and it produce 47kmg of torque (480Nm).

Bench tested.......

loud rattle at the engine switch on or off (without pressing the clutch)

Good to see that you have a new clutch installed.
In mine, one of the springs went out completely leaving us in the middle of a rural road in the night with all the family inside.
