Bought direct from AFN we are planning on stocking these here in UK.

I was going to get painted first but glad I didn't as doors need some adjustment. Apart from the door alignment issue a perfect fit.

I must say really impressed with the quality all aluminium construction and attention to detail Thumbs Up

Nice you can get me some spare hinges then. Thumbs Up

Like what you did with the black chequerplate Andrew.
Where did you get it from?
I assume you had to cut it to size?

I want to do something similar with my Hicap trailer but need some silver anodised chequerplate to match the Mammouth plate on my 90. Would 110 rear quarter plate be too small to cut down?

That's a great trailer Paul, how did you make the trailer frame or is it Sankey/Brockhurst underneath?

I thought the chequer plate would just be cut to size. Can't see anyone producing bot on shiny bits for a hicap pickup...
I'll just have to get some standard plate and possibly spray to to get the matching matt silver look.
Does anyone know where I could get a simple flat sheet of anodised chequer plate (not the shiny bling bare stuff)

Zag, the trailer was built on a Sankey widetrack chassis extended to suit a modified hicap body.

Have a look here for more pictures and the story. http://www.defender2.net/forum/topic6485.html
Still not quite finished it off but It's been really handy for logs, fencing and landscaping over the winter.

Back to the original topic...
Who are AFN? I assume it's a company like Truckman? Or are the few I've seen on the forum just one off bespoke builds?
Look a professional 'factory' job. Espacially when sprayed up.
Thats a stunning pair of 130s Andrew. 2003 Td5 90XS
