2010 Defender 110 Puma 2.4 USW Stornoway Grey

Beware fellow Essex owners

Half hour ago a red Renault van pulled up my drive waited a minute infront of the defender and then reversed off, considering that I live in the middle of nowhere I find this abit suspicious

Boxed it in now and locked the gates,

Hi Jack,

I've posted it on LandyWatch too (hope you don't mind

). It's good to spread the word as much as we can.

It wouldn't hurt also to give your local plod station a shout just to give them a heads up, just in case anyone else has reported it. Sometimes a single report seems to be ignored but multiple reports might at least trigger a greater awareness on a local level.

Hopefully, it was nothing, but good shout to flag it up and be on your guard. Jon - 110 td5 [sold]. Currently Defenderless.

Hi, I live outside Stebbing...

Nothing unusual since then, guards still up.. I reckon could be scouting, tomorrow I'll do the same. Im thinking about getting some cameras

only up the road gotta be caurefull mate

i was speeking to a guy the other day in a car park parked next to me in his 90 he said he had two guys in a van pull up and when he looked out he saw 4 legs poking out of the side of the 90

seriously if they were under my 90 i dont think they would come out with any legs at all

Cheers for the info - I think scum bags will have a go in broad daylight. Anyone confront them they simply say they pulled into the wrong house and before you know they are back in the wagon and driving away. If they are not disturbed then that get away with the crime. Good to know my Doberman is a light sleeper.
