Anyone sprayed their headlining?
Quite fancy spraying the headlining black, it will cover up marks on the current one and hopefully give it a nice look, especially when I get some MUD side panels in black too, and some XS seats in charcoal centres.

Anyone done this?

I think just std matt black spray paint could work, but am I over simplifying it? 2016 D4 HSE

Do what Shocked Erm, OK if you have a proper spray gun and compressor but would look a patchy mess with aerosols - thought this was a fun muck about LR Whistle

If it's a vinyl coated type headlining then I have used a product called vinylcote to good effect in the past. Steve.

I used something-from-Halfords-in-a-spraycan to paint my sunvisors dark grey over 11 years ago, and fair play - they still look good.

Whether you'd get good coverage on a larger area like the whole headlining is another matter. What about recovering it (with dark fabric)?  1988 90 Td5 NAS soft top

spraying the inside black is going to make it look small and more difficult to find stuff in the dark
