Thank you for uploading these awesome pics. I'm fascinated by the landscape! The sunset and the night sky are especially beautiful. And I didn't know that there are so many plants, bushes, trees and flowers in the desert. The yellow ones remind me of flowers in uk which I saw lately in the woods. They are quite similar

Have been trying to resist posting on this thread but Barbara started showing it to be again. Must admit it made me start yearning for a return trip

It does seem a long time ago G - we were out there at the same time at Brendan - well for 3 weeks anyway, we went home after competing in the Outback Challenge and the we didn't see Brendan for another 6 months!
It was 2008 - so yeah, nearly 4 years have passed - whooooooosssshhhhh, just like that! ![]() |

Nah it is just over 3 years since I got back from that trip
Seeing those photos, hearing about Pam and Dave's plan is giving me itchy feet. Now will Barbara mind if I disappeared for another 8 months and left her holding the fort? ![]() ![]() ![]() Somehow I think I might just get a teeny weeny objection ![]() Brendan |
