United Kingdom 2005 Defender 110 Td5 CSW Java Black
My 2005 Td5 has a radio cassette! Rolling Eyes

Beaut vehicle though, I miss the sound of my old V8 - although mine was nothing like that tidy. Must be great to be driving that in the summer. Very jealous.

Cassettes, i'm about to take my cd player out of my 90, so its just iplop !

Truly scary how things move along so fast.... And as much as you dont want to 'move with it'sometimes you have to comply Neutral

Back to topic, we have just been offered a white v8 90, galv chassis, bulkhead, everything....its very nice Thumbs Up

Beautiful - early 90s and 110s in original condition are getting thin on the ground. John

Just noticed the asbestos sticker on the fan cowl... which bit is asbestos? I drove/fiddled with one for a few years and never realised....

Thankyou all for the comments Thumbs Up I think the asbestos sticker is for clutch and pads.
There was a 1987 v8 in this months LRO classifieds. Got snapped up staight away but never found out the mileage. A good buy for someone as it was a one owner ninety.

Thats really lovely. You just don't see them like that anymore, usually by now they are plastered in tasteless chequerplate and "One life - live it" stickers. You still occasionally see timewarp series vehicles, but very seldom do you see coilers. I may take my IIA on the heritage run depending on a few factors so may see you there. I am glad they changed the date as now I can go to Truckfest as well Very Happy 2011 110 USW
