Thought I would give an update.
Trim is completely removed on the inside.
Hosed down today, found 5 separate leaks.
Both side windows
One of the back windows
Sunroof
And a the vertical panel join on the RHS rear corner.

Question: How dry Do the cracks need to be before applying the CTCCS??

Not very. It's supposed to cure in water, it's more sensitive to cold I believe. I did my leaks outside in October and it seems to have done the trick Fully Restored 89 110 CSW V8

I rebuilt a series 3 a few years back and I used Tigerseal to seal all my joints. Its a sealant/adhesive that is very robust, resists UV attack and comes in black, white and grey. You need a caulking gun to apply it. Highly recommended.

Brilliant bit of info Bow down I get exactly the same shower in my 90 although parking it pointing downhill stops it,so it must be the Roof joints.

So I know what to do in the summer Thumbs Up

Yeh, I have sealed all of the windows on the 90 now.
So definitely no water coming in there.
However still have the leak Rolling with laughter
Think it's coming from the joint between the roof and the vertical panels if that makes sense.
Not sure how best to stop it coming in from there so going to have to have a think
