GAP tool headlamp fault

Hi guys

After doing some activations with the gap tool I keep getting hlcm faults (A and B) and the automatic headlights stop activating

I removed the activations and restored original ccf installing the activations again one at a time and ensuring it still worked afterwards however this morning the faults back and it doesn’t work again. Wondering if it’s from the activations or just a standard Jlr
Fault

75 plate defender 110 HSE

Activations:

007 splash screen
ATR
Dynamic mode
Start stop and assists memory
Fog light CL turned off
