Defender Off-road Paint Protection
Hi all, I’m exploring options for paint protection on my L663 Defender. I’ve headed out on greenlanes and picked up a few car-length scratches, nothing that a good detailing wouldn’t remove but I would like to protect the paint from any more severe scratches.

If anyone has experience with a great installer, the particular product name, and pricing that would be great!

Thanks Smile

I'd be interested in the responses to this as well, for the same reasons. 2023 Defender D300 HSE in Pangea Green
2002 Discovery 2 Td5 Auto in Zambize Silver
2010 Freelander 2 Td4 HSE in Bali Blue (sold but we should have kept it)

I recommend the Xpel Ultimate Plus 10 installed by a licensed installer. It's self-healing (in the hot sun or with a heat gun), and the 10 is their thickest (10mm) film for off-road vehicles. You can usually choose shiny or stealth (matte) and add a ceramic coat over the top for ease of cleaning and to keep nasty tar/grease off of it.
