L663 mini log: arches + wheels + steps; front bumper re-seat
Quick rooftop snap with a friend’s RR — mainly sharing notes on the Defender today.
Tried a subtle wide-arch setup with new wheels, steps, a carbon bonnet + front lip, and a small bumper re-seat to keep gaps even.
Install: IPA prep → dry fit → gentle heat on the tape → slow edge pressure. I actually skipped the heat on the first arch and had to peel/re-press — fixed now.
First impressions: feels OE-ish, cuts down door rash from road grime; no rubbing on my route.
Photos below. Not a sales post — just logging the build. Any tips for long-term edge care on the arches?
