LT conversion - unresponsive accelerator
Hi folks,

Probably a somewhat obscure issue with no easy fix, but figured I'd canvas ideas.

My 110 is an 8 speed auto LT conversion with a CTS-V DBW pedal (https://www.psiconversion.com/products/pedals/Gen5/ACC-1047-B.html).

The pedal becomes entirely unresponsive, sometimes while driving, and occasionally from a cold start. While driving, it has happened after mild acceleration and while coasting - no obvious pattern. No throttle response at all when it happens - but it will often clear after multiple restarts.

It seems like the previous owner had the same issue, and the fabricator replaced the ECU and pedal just before I acquired the car to fix it, but the same issue has now re-emerged.

Downside is they're a few hundred miles from me - so a pain to get the car back to. So my two queries are:

- Does anyone have ideas of what might cause this behaviour?
- Can anyone recommend any fabricators in the south (berks/hamps/surrey/sussex ideally) who know their way around LS/LT conversions?

Thanks!

Are the brake switches ok? The switch is probably dual contact with opposite polarity contacts and both need to work correctly, otherwise the ECU could go to limp mode. The same as if you try to drive with the brake pedal depressed slightly.
