Advice please! Plastic trim

I’m back looking for advice as, every time, this place is full of help and assistance.

I recently noticed some light scratches on the grey plastic panel on the inside of the B-pillar of my 90 (visible at window level when the front doors are open). It appears as though my previous detailer might had used a cloth with grit to wipe down these panels.

I’m wondering if anyone has advice on how to remove or reduce these, as they’re at eye level every time I open the door, and I’ve only had the car for nine months! All advice and expertise happily considered! 2025MY Defender 90 D250 X-Dynamic HSE | Santorini Black with Black Pack

Be careful, but a heat gun will most likely remove them. Lots of videos online but go very carefully!
