That Renogy one like the type which I’ve fitted to a sprinter camper conversion. They’re great as they’ll keep the main ( starter ) battery trickle charged too - from the solar. 1983 110 automatic OM606

So thinking further on this.

If you have an AGM main battery and std dumb alternator can you fit something inline to charge at agm voltages? Cheers

The dc-dc chargers have charging profiles for different kinds of battery James, you select the one you have.
On mine its done thus -
