I fitted a set of B6’s several years ago, and I have to say I was really happy with them. I immediately noticed a difference both in ride comfort and handling. I must say, though, the first set Paddocks sent was for a Range Rover, and I had to return them for a Defender set. I do not know if there is a difference between the two sets, as they looked identical, but if Bilstein make two sets for different vehicles, maybe there is. I've got them on a very heavy 110.
been running them for 25+ years, just on third set. yes unladen they can be bouncy but kitted up I find them perfect. I have driven a lot of other 110s with different set ups and find Twisted and Bowler to be the best. they use custom Bilstein. I did try another brand for a few moths but felt they wern't working, can't remember the brand. ask Bilstein for comment, they are usually good at responding. |
