My castor issue!
I think Ive dropped a bol**k!

I’ve bought a new set of powder coated radius arms, but didn’t realise they were the 3” castor corrected versions Shocked I have a 110 utility on standard height springs (3 years old) and fox shocks which handles well.

I’ve also bought at Billing show a new set of uprated heavy duty standard trailing arms from Gwyn Lewis

If I fitted the new radius arms to what I have now what are the issues?
Should I upgrade to a 1” or 2” lift?

We use the 110 for expeditions and camping trips, mostly road use but do travel the Pyrenees, alps, Morocco is on the cards soon. It can be fully loaded (I’m one of those must have all the gear no idea types!!) 2023 Defender L663 V8

I’ve been running 3deg radius arms and cranked trailing arms for the last 4 years on my 90 and it’s lowered 1” without issue, the cranked trailing arms put the bush in a neutral position

Depends what you do with your 110 and what tyres you want to fit etc. if a lift is actually needed or an upgrade for you

Thanks Jim, I think I will fit them and see how it goes, I like the look of the lifted defender but it does affect the the ride……see how it goes
