I am also experiencing this issue with my 110 D250, MY25.5 plate got end of March. The dealer has now confirmed on paperwork from warranty invoice that this issue exists, I've started the rejection process (which I would rather not do, but I can't accept this issue).
Does anyone know of any update on a fix, and can anyone provide info on the rejection process? I'd encourage everyone to contact the dealer, formally raise the issue and get an EPQ sent to Land Rover - if enough of these go through then Land Rover have to act. |

It would appear my 25 D250 is doing this also, delay going into gear F/R and rolls forward and backwards accordingly!
Anyone had any luck with the dealer yet? I got mine end of March so out of the 30day instant rejection period.. |

Received my 110 D350 MY25.5 at the start of May and noticed the issue straight away and have been keeping an eye this thread.
Same issue as others but I'll just add that when the auto-stop has engaged (engine off) and I then take my foot off the brake to pull away the engine kicks in and pulls away very quickly. No issues there as far as I can tell. The issue occurs after the engine has been idling while stopped for a short period. This happens if the engine doesn't shut off whatever reason or kicks back in by itself after a while (presumably to preserve battery if aircon is running) Also notice a gearbox delay when shifting from reverse to drive and vice versa. I'm located in Perth Australia and contacted the dear after a few weeks. Took it in and test drive with the technician and was able to demonstrate the delay straight away just pulling out of the parking spot. Left it with them for a day and they tried updating the software because apparently mine was not updated and the throttle response was not adapting to suit my driving style like it should. They thought they had fixed the delay issue however when I picked it up I noticed it again immediately. They told me they would need to take the car for longer to liaise with Landrover techs in the UK. That happened this week. I believe they first tried contacting the Sydney team but we're quickly diverted to the UK who then told them they are aware of the issue and are working on a fix. Couldn't tell me if it was software or mechanical related or long until it might be resolved l but I'm optimistic there will be some resolution 'soon'. The issue has been formally logged for my vehicle. Might be worth doing the same if you haven't already ![]() |

Mines booked in for an overnight stay at the dealers this week… either they have a fix or they are clueless and are just going to poke around with it to no resolve!

Just an update everyone.
Currently, there is no fix. However, I have confirmation from multiple dealers and therefore I can say with 100% certainty that the UK Engineering team is working on resolving the issue. Nobody can say how long this will take, but this is very positive news. Now we just need to sit tight and wait. Best case scenario the fix will be resolved in a future software update just like previous problems. I encourage everybody with this issue to take their cars to their dealer and have them report it or load something called an EPQR. The more reports, the more pressure on UK to prioritise. Will continue to update on here as things progress. |
