You're probably the first to change the glow plugs.
You could try a post on the Evoke forum as it's the same engine l think. |

Much appreciate the reply @Lightning. I spoke to my local dealer yesterday. There is no planed service schedule to replace the glow plugs with LR. I asked for a quote from them to do the job.
“ Hi, Nice to speak to you. I've spoken to the workshop and parts team. The glow pugs are £39.41 each. My workshop has advised that they would actually recommend replacing all 4 as the time it takes to replace 1 is so high. To replace 1, we would quote £389.29 and a set of 4 would be £639.17. If i can help further, please let me know.” Does this sound reasonable? I will take a look at the Evoke forum. I also seen yesterday that this engine was only produced for the 2020-2022 vehicles and its been replaced. It’s disappointing that after 66K miles the Glow plugs require replacing. I have had so many diesels over the years BMWs, Landrover’s and never had to replace glow plugs before. [/b] |

lt's probably about right for a main dealer to do it....ours charges £200 per hour plus VAT
Take it to an independent Land Rover specialist, the one near me charges £65 per hour including VAT. |
