Hiya can you tell me what part this silver protective foil is and is it straight forward to replace?

I replaced all of mine with heat protective sleeve. https://funkmotorsport.com/product/silver-velcro-heat-sleeving/
Loads of different brands do them now. Have a google or visit your local motorsport shop. WARNING.
