Ireland 2009 Defender 110 Puma 2.4 HCPU Cairns Blue
Twisted 110 Spring Rate
I've picked up a set of Standard Height Twisted springs form someone who converted to air.

Anyone know the spring rate or is it a closely guarded secret.

I've email twisted but no response as yet.

I gave Eibach a call a few years back with the model number and they told me. Give them a shout.
