I'm not sure - checked on Pivi and it says the last software update was Dec 24 but it definitely updated something this weekend - any idea how I can check that?

In any case, whenever living pro is updated there’s the following passage in the release notes:
PHEV only: Please note that for a short period of time, you may experience some disruption in the EV capabilities after the update has completed. Please disconnect the vehicle charger and ensure the battery has a minimum charge level of 25% before starting the update. So maybe give it some time… |

Good point on the boilerplate text that normally comes with an update. LR assist guy was brilliant and worked out it was the wall charger needed resetting, not the car at all. The clue was when plugging it in, it didn't lock in so wasn't receiving any power. While he was here, though, he picked up a fault with the driver's airbag....good job it's going into the dealership soon...something else for the list!
