oil change on p300 defender 90

I have a 2024 def 90 l663

Low mileage but wanted to explore price for LR oil / Filter change

Synter at Sunbury just under £500 plus vat

Group 1 at Guildford £299 include vat

Harm.. Basinstoke £280 include vat

What give synter the right to rip us off because we have a great vehicle.

What are LR doing about such price rip offs.

lt's not a rip off, just main dealer prices nowadays.

Typically £200 per hour plus VAT.

Take it to a local garage if you want an interim oil change, it won't affect the warranty so long as they use genuine parts and oil.

The main dealer wanted £650 for the first service on my D250. My local LR specialist did it for £298. They've got all the LR software and diagnostic equipment.
