There is an interesting story as to what happened to the Adwest factory after it was sold as a going concern, long story short, the factory was closed for some time due to an ownership dispute and by the time it was resolved the factory had been broken into and everything, tooling, plant, machinery stolen by scrap metal thieves, even the sub-station, sadly all drawings were lost too.

thx, I have seen all videos from britrest ![]() that snap-ring he is removing is peanuts. I am hammering already much more and it is not moving. next plan is to sandblast that section, although I don't think it will help. then I might try to soak that part in evaporust, this shouldn't damage any interior part in case some evaporust would be able to get to the inside. If all things fail, I have seen that a good Torch worker, could cut it without too much damage. |
