Got mine from Devon 4x4 who did the install as well - TDCi is a bit tight for space, but there have been some ideas on the site here.
You may be able to get cheaper on ebay or second hand or refurbished units |

I ordered one from Entreq at the end of September (a Webasto installation kit) and Entreq has not delivered it in over 2 months. I paid for it already mind you. I wrote and asked and got a short note saying they were waiting on a part to come in, but I got no reply to my follow-up question. I'm pretty irritated at this point since all the nice weather I would have had to install it is long gone and its already cold and I've got the Webasto just sitting in the garage.

Although I've fitted mine in the wing you're right that i's inaccessible - I don't plan on taking it out anytime soon! If I was doing it again I'd consider moving some of the pipes on the passenger side of the engine bay (bottom rh corner of pic below) and seeing if it could be fitted there:

OK if as you say you're not planning on using off road but quite vulnerable to road dirt/salt. On the plus side the electrics are quite well sealed but if you get water in the ecu and damage it then it's £300 plus for a new burner body and ecu - and no you can't buy them separately!
