Total range?
What total range estimate do you all get with the P400e? I got my car recently and when fully charged and a full tank it’s giving me an estimate of 605 km, which seems pretty low?

What’s the vehicle weight of the P400e?

Petrol is inefficient for a large vehicle, and when not driving using electric that petrol engine is expected to lug around the weight of the battery, plus people, plus luggage.

We tried a Velar Hybrid and we came to the conclusion for ‘normal’ driving it was a gimmick whereas the diesel mild hybrid felt lighter and more nimble and still gives a good range without the bother of charging.

I think the last time I topped up both petrol and battery it said 408 miles, so 652km. I'm yet to do a full range test but drove from home to London (325 miles) and still had an indicated 150 combined range left.

Mine has never said more than 500km... I think I have posted about it somewhere here before. Considering the tank capacity of 90 litres and the battery 500km is a joke... My average consumption is between 1,3-1,7 L/10km.
Interesting to see what the MY25 will have. The have detuned it to 300hp. 2025 Defender 130 V8

New to here , looking at defender 110 can't decide between hybrid or D350 , . can anyone tell what the range is driving in hybrid until the battery has run out , battery alone is probably
to low for me but if it does 50 miles or more in hybrid until battery is gone that would work thanks

Doesn't seem great... I would have thought a diesel plug-in hybrid, like the Mercedes ones would have made a lot of sense.
That would be interesting to me since I do a lot of motorway journeys and the occasional central Tokyo jaunt.

I regularly get over 1,000km or 620 miles on a tank in my D300 110.
The lowest I have ever gotten is 850km or 500 miles. Highest is 1,200km or 750 miles. 22MY Defender 110 D300 S in Pangea Green and Contrast White Roof

All these calculations ........

If I drive my vehicle on motorway runs , then refuel I get 635mls prediction.

If I drive urban / town miles, then it drops to 510mls prediction.

LR use your 'last known' running miles to make that prediction.

To me it seems very good for a big petrol lamp on a massive 2.5 tonne brick.
I get 550 miles with the 3L diesel. Getting the same on the petrol seems very impressive.

Brimmed it and put in 73 litres of unleaded. Combined with a full charge, it says it's ready for 479 miles (766 km). Will report back what it actually achieves.

What has changed for MY25? I figured it was always 300 hp + electric motor
