Does anyone know if Hunters can do the Driver Assist modification remotely (6hr drive from Truro to Thetford Neutral )?

I asked a couple of months ago and was told it couldn’t be done remotely. I’ve got used to it now and us the first bong to remind me to switch it off. My wife has it in her Evoque as well and was adamant it had to be switched off but has now also got used to switching it off every time she starts the car.

Damn. Does anybody know anyone in the South West that can update the Driver Assist to save the last setting (low)?

As stated, Hunters are 6hr drive away. I’m looking for someone in the South West of England.

It's the device from GAP Diagnostic that lets you change the settings on the car.

It's around £500 so maybe not worth it if you only want this one thing.

I'm sure that as more people get this figured out there will be someone local to you that can change it.

Sounds great, and I'd be happy to co-purchase with others on here. I'm also looking to re-map our D250 to D300 if that's possible with a G4?

Wow! Sounds promising. I will try it with the G3.

Edit:
No luck. Doesn't even show up in my CCF. Hoping its because I use a G3. Will upgrade to G4 but awaiting new car so no rush. 2024 Defender 110 p400e HSE

You can't with the GAP tool as it's locked to one vehicle unless you pay £2,000 for the professional version.

You could purchase an extra vin. That is cheaper than buying the whole IIDTool
