Hi,
It seems as if there's a few D300s going kaput in ZA: https://www.4x4community.co.za/forum/showt...ost5201811 -- 2010 Defender Puma 90 + BAS remap + Alive IC + Slickshift + Ashcroft ATB rear 2015 Range Rover Sport V8 Supercharged Defender Puma Workshop Manual: https://bit.ly/2zZ1en9 Discovery 4 Workshop Manual: https://bit.ly/2zXrtKO Range Rover/Sport L320/L322/L494 Workshop Manual: https://bit.ly/2zc58JQ Last edited by Naks on 6th Mar 2024 10:58am. Every manufacturer has an "engine failure" scare story.
Last week l was talking to someone whose 30,000 mile Alfa Romeo Quadrifoglio lunched it's engine and apparently Alfa Romeo don't supply spares for this unit. So he had to have a new engine. The bill? £45,000 Go on the internet and type any manufacturer followed by "engine failure" |

FYI, the ZA vehicles don't have a DPF, and the service interval is 32,000km --
