I have recently acquired a 2004 ex-French military Td5 Station Wagon but the jack is missing.
What jack would it originally have been delivered with, KAJ100610? Does anyone know the difference between these jacks? https://parts.jaguarlandroverclassic.com/k...aulic.html https://parts.jaguarlandroverclassic.com/k...aulic.html https://parts.jaguarlandroverclassic.com/k...aulic.html https://parts.jaguarlandroverclassic.com/a...aulic.html Daniel

Have a look on ebay, just type in land rover bottle jack. I presume the standard 2 tonne jack will be OK. I think the early discoveries have a suitable one so should be lots available. https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/386295225018?mk...media=COPY https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/256358065203?mk...media=COPY

I have both the original Jack and the Sprinter Jack safely stowed away inside my Defender.

Why do you have both? How and where do you stow them?

My Defender was pretty ‘original’ when I bought it and the factory-fitted jack was in its bag with its accessories etc. stored at the base of the bulkhead brace/bar. I saw no reason to remove it as it isn’t taking up valuable space. They aren’t particularly practical/safe so I took advice on here and bought a second hand (like brand new) Sprinter bottle jack off eBay for about £50. It came with the fixing bracket which was easy to mount. Again it doesn’t take up any useable space. Click image to enlarge Click image to enlarge
