110 Station wagon small rear window trims securing
Hello,
I swapped the small rear window trim panels between my two Defenders (I'd moved the rear speakers onto the current one before selling the other. Unfortunately they keep falling off and I think there is a clip missing from the body side but haven't had much luck with the parts book.

The photos illustrate what I have, can anyone tell me what is missing, please?

Looks right to me i cant remember there being a fixing of any sort on the inside edge, should be tucked behind the side panel trim and then pushed into place near the door?

I dropped one of these the other day fitting window guards. Found it the next day and didn't have to order any, but had found the following

The Part number is MWC6203 which is superseded by BTR6682

Part number 14 in the above diagram

They are spring loaded and clip on to the trim panel but simply grip the door frame. Craig.

What is said above. The barbed part of BTR6682 fits onto a fat saddle that is riveted to the trim.
At least, thats how it is on a Puma. 1988 90 Hard Top, 19J Diesel Turbo, Shire Blue - Restoration ongoing
