Brattonsound safe
Has anyone fitted a Brattonsound safe in the back of their defender? If so did you need to reinforce the tub? And how did you position it in the back? I am looking at getting either the VS2 or VS3 safe and would like a piccie of how much space they take up in the back for visual reference.

Cheers Thumbs Up

Brendan, first impressions, those are dog cages Confused And I don't think the storage drawers are type approved or Police approved for carrying firearms. Thanks anyway, but I have kinda made my mind up on the Brattonsound, as that is what I use at home. Thumbs Up

Lorryman - did you go for the Brattonsound in the end as I am considering the VS1?

I reckon the VS1 should fit on the arch in my 90 okay but any tips would be gratefully received!

Thanks

I bought a gun safe from another company and I'm sure they did something for the Defender. I'll try and work out who's it is.

you say type approved or police approved , but are there any proper approved regulations? , as far as I know they are only recommendations
so really its just have a look at one and see how its made , strong etc etc

Blimey, thread resurrection Laughing

I know nothing about regulations re transporting fire arms, however trans
K9 do show a photo of a gun draw in the back of a Defender, so yes their drawers will fit. Approved, meet regulations I have no idea.
