Under cubby spare wiring plug
Hi I'm mid fitting a cabin heater and using the cubby plate as the spot for the heater, cheap Chinese, will update how I get on soon..
I found this unused plug through the plate large rubber grommet etc, and can't for the life of me work out what it's for, can someone help me out, it's currently bagged up and stashed underneath.

This was sent to me when I asked about a particular cable I found, I don't know what yours is, but apparently by knowing the wire colours and the plug colour etc, you can work out all sorts...
But hopefully someone who knows will be able to help you straight off the bat.

Yep fantastic that this information is so readily available on LRWORKSHOP:

For those that have not yet, look here:

https://www.lrworkshop.com/wiring-diagram/defender-1999-td5
https://www.lrworkshop.com/connectors/defender-2002my/colour

You can work out you entire (factory) wiring, plugs, earth connections the lot.

Also something I recently learned here on Defender2.net is that on the wiring diagrams, for each wire the last large number is the length of the wire in mm
