Any smart heating recommendations or experience?

Hi,
We currently have a SALUS IT500 smart thermostat (around 6yrs old now) but we’re now considering to replace with a new controller including smart TRVs. Our system is a new oil fired boiler (water and heating) and I’d need 12 TRVs. Now we are going to be working at home a lot more over winter and after our extension it seems silly to be heating empty rooms and the bedrooms during the day, mind you oil is cheap at the minute for a change.

I think ill have to replace the TRV valve as well, annoyingly theyre not the standard thread size you can screw a Drayton TRV on.

Is there any recommendations or experiences to pass on?
