Hate to tell you this Shane but the rocker covers are already aluminium. Just want a good clean up and a polish.

Sorry discomog, I meant to say I hope to machine rocker covers from billet aluminium as I want to put a design on them. Although prices a coming in mad as expected, the other option was to make some out of aluminium folded sheet and some machined flanges.

It's looking like I might have a roll left over of the Tyco labels if you want them Mike. I can post them over, no charge, I got them out of work 😁

Some nice kit there Thumbs Up
(Steinel hot air gun, Daniels crimpers, Tyco HS label printer. Although I find the printer a bit temperamental to get the set up and usually print one at a time because it loses indexing if trying to print a batch)

I only had a lend of it for the weekend and lost the run of myself apt100

Yes, you need a Tyco printer. The labels are a mil spec and resistant to oil etc. You ideal want to heatshrink it on but some of the guys in work just use them as a sleeve.

They are also horrendously expensive from what I remember Shocked

edit:
just had a quick look and they are not quite as bad as I thought, but it still adds up if you buy a couple of different sizes https://uk.rs-online.com/web/p/cable-label...s/0382223/
