You've made some really neat mods to your 90, Grafty, but that's a bit too much for my taste Neutral Darren

I think once it's finished and installed you might change your mind LRA Laughing

Have you cut different shapes to fit the panel or is it a single piece moulded to shape?

Finally today (nearly 3 weeks after changing the coolant) I managed to get the last bit of air out of the coolant system on my defender. It was being VERY stubborn!

Symptoms were no heat from heaters at anything below 2k rpm. (Also false over heat displayed on dash once) no matter how much I tried the heater matrix kept holding onto some air.

Today I took the output hose off the heater matrix whilst it was running and managed to get the rest of the air out so I now get toasty air at tickover Mr. Green

Also a quick clean Thumbs Up

I wanted to give mine a coolant change the other week, I was just going to pop bottom rad hose off and drain it that way, whilst on the ramp giving it a full service I looked up and realised there is absolutely no chance I'm getting my hands up to do that so I shelved it for another day.

Yes it comes on a roll, I just shaped it over the trim and then cut off the excess Thumbs Up 2002 90 Td5 Station Wagon

There is a drain screw in the bottom hose if you don't want to remove the hoses Thumbs Up 2002 90 Td5 Station Wagon
