Scotland 2008 Defender 90 Puma 2.4 HT Orkney Grey
Looking for a oil filter housing for a 2.4 puma.
Doing the oils on my 90 yesterday I found the oil filter housing to be tightened to a nm of its life so would only come off with some gentle persuasion Smile

Looking for a new one and the dealers are telling me not a stock item and I'll wait till next wed/thurs does anyone know where I can get one sooner as currently the car isn't usable until I get one. I'm in Glasgow.

Just home from there, the one he gave me must be 100mm wide and fairly shallow and mine is more like 70mm but deeper for the filter to sit in.

That confused me as it's supposed to be exact same as transit 2.4....

that's the early 2.4 one , you want the later 2.4 one for transit

changed to smaller one about 06

sure there the same on the 2.2 transit as well as a few other fords
