Lol. Clemmo. I tell our Dealer not to wash ours either, for exactly the same reasons as you. It usually goes in there clean, but the last time it was there was when the input shaft broke and we'd broken down after doing about 1000ks, so she was pretty grubby, covered in insects across the front etc, when she arrived on the back of a truck! Service manager told me that the boys really wanted to wash it, but He told 'em NO!!
