Hopefully there's a photo attached. It's the single bolt which you can just see with the washer at the top it is next to the seat belt anchor point (just to the left as you look at this pic). Beneath it goes in to a bracket which attaches to the inside of the main chassis.

I think thats a body mounting bolt, depends on how far / fast you're intending to go, if you've got rear seat passengers and what you intend to hit!
So in theory no don't drive, in practice I would although I would think twice about rear seat passengers. M8 tap from Santa? Keith |

HI Ickle,
Body mounting bolt sounds about right, although it's far from substantial. Sheared right off about 5-10mm below the head. I'm very VERY annoyed! thanks for that, i'll have to get it sorted sooner rather than later but it sounds like a short journey minus rear passengers be ok |
