England 2011 Defender 90 Puma 2.4 XS CSW Stornoway Grey
Thanks for sharing; I'd forgotten about this. I've seen both of them fly in isolation, but put them together, and the combined sound of 216 Litres of mark X Merlin definitely brings a tear to the eye.

Bow down That is just surreal. The silhouettes alone bring a lump to my throat Thumbs Up Tell someone you love them today because life is short.
But shout it at them in German because life is also terrifying and confusing...

United Kingdom 2015 Defender 110 Puma 2.2 USW Corris Grey
Three Lancasters at East Kirby, worth a look:

I was at one of the Spitfire celebrations at Duxford and the sound of massed Merlins is simply awesome.

Somewhere amongst my collection of ancient records I have one that includes some wartime recordings of a squadron of Lancasters taking off on a raid and another recorded as one of the 1000 bomber raids was passing overhead. Just a pity there are no flying Halifax or Stirlings left to share the memory. Steve.
Owned numerous Land Rover vehicles of all shapes and sizes over the decades.
Current Defender: A non tarts hand-bagged Puma 110 XS USW.

[Insert something impressive here such as extensive list of previous Land Rovers or examples of your prestigeous and expensive items, trinkets, houses, bikes, vehicles etc]

I used to be Miserable ...but now I'm ecstatic.
