TJ101 has done this on his 110 PUMA and I intend doing it for my impending European trip. Ithink it's just a case of a nut and bolt job. If all the bolts are fitted in the first place Sad 110 D250 SE HT

Have removed seats in my 110 as well.
Easy enough if you have good set sockets etc.- just nuts and bolts .
Filled in the holes left with M8 grub screws .

They lift straight out (heavier than you think though) and removal is a nut and bolt job. I covered the holes in duck tape from inside and no probs Sib

Yep easy job, about a hour, taking it easy,,

Captive torx screws bar for 2 each side on the top ( see white tape), , saying that, on mine, landrover in their wisdom, forgot to put 2 in on the right hand side

TJ101 - without wanting to hijack the thread, can you please post some more photos of the carpet fitout in the rear of your 110, including under the middle seats? Standard spec. here in Aus is only rubber matting on the floor in the rear which means the wheel-arch boxes are bare metal and get scratched to Censored . I am keen to see the factory spec. matting so I can make an equivalent, one-piece rubber set for mine.

I am curious to know why Land Rover don't do the same rear loadspace coverage in rubber that they do with carpet. 2007 Defender 110

Arise from the grave!

Just taken the seats out of my 90 this afternoon.

It's pretty straightforward. Depending on your toolbox the only odd bit of kit I didn't have was the 3/8" star bit socket needed to undo the bolts inside. Otherwise you need a Philips screwdriver and a 12mm spanner

The only advice as a first timer is undo the two nuts on the bolts under the rear wheel arch before you remove the bolts inside. This isn't immediately apparent but I hope this spares you the few minutes I spent trying to pull out seats still bolted to the body of the car Rolling Eyes

Also the two screws that are on the plastic covers weren't always that keen to unscrew. But a little brute force will get them out, the screws themselves aren't attaching to anything, they just push open the plastic clips that hold the covers in place.
