1" - 2" or no lift at all????
Vehicle depicted has had a lift I reckon. Give Twisted a call, they will be able to tell you whether the vehicle has had any lift at all and anwer your query at the same time as they always fill the arches of the vehicles they sell invariably! If you go through life with your head in the sand....all people will see is an ar5e!!

I have this size tyre on 18 " boost alloys and can confirm they fit ok. I do have anti roll bars so might nor get full articulation.

Yes in two sizes, 265/65x18 and 285/65x18, very nice tyres on a Defender.
