After a recent incident with a forklift truck I needed new lenses for my RH rear indicator and rear foglight.
My local main dealer says I have to buy complete lights....
Indicator is £12+ - Not too bad
Rear fog is an eyewatering £52+ - Why? It's just the same as a rear indicator other than it's bigger. The tooling costs would be the same and the production costs just a few pence more.
Why can't we buy just the lens anyway? It's the bit most likely to get damaged.

I bought a pattern part on Ebay for eight quid delivered.
