to remove the senders is pretty easy, a forum member has fabricated a tool (like the land rover one) that allows you to torque it back to the correct settings

true, but we spoke a week ago sat about it and i was wondering how he had got on then, but i did hear the truck had some TB issues so maybe hes been truckless so not progressed with this one. Cheers

This week I dropped my tank, sorted out the pipe etc. and all the other bits turned up form Turkey. Unfortunately, despite being well aware of the risks, it seems I have bought a heater that won't fire into life even using the oval time with a bus output
Does anyone know if it is possible jsut to get a replacement PCB that will allow it to operate with just a 12v+ on the signal wire as the unit itself is only a year old and in really good nick |

that's a shame Kris. is there an on-board cmos battery on the board ? if there is, have you taken it off and on again?
do you get any sounds ? does the pump start up ? I have another idea but I'll PM it. |
