Entreq Steering Guard.
This is the new steering guard from Entreq which I received the other day. First off it was well packed and everything needed to install the guard was included in a separate parts box. The actual skid plate is made from 6mm alloyed aluminium which has been powder coated black. The side lateral support brackets are made from 6mm stainless steel. To avoid galvanic corrosion the kit comes with delric spacers to separate the different metals and some tubes of anti corrosion paste.
First impressions on removing it from the packaging was....wow!!!! The quality and design is just....... wow!!! I have a few bits of Entreq gear and the quality is fantastic but this guards build quality has exceeded my expectations in what I expected from Entreq Bow down The guard was described in another post I did as Landrover Gucci....... well it is, but it is 10x better than any Gucci product I have ever seen and its more practical. If you are after non generic design and stunning looks then this is the guard for you. Very Happy

The guard comes with stainless grills unless you also get the stainless steel shackle brackets which are fitted direct onto the chassis rails and not the guard. These are made from 10mm stainless steel.

The fronts of the shackle mounts are pre drilled to M16 to allow the user to decide what D rings they wish to fit.

The guard came direct from Entreq (possibly Brendan, aka leeds also stocks them?) and I am delighted with it. Thumbs Up

Looks good mate,

Couple of questions

1. How come you've got the boosts and general TR's on?
2. As you took all the front off why didn't you fit the bumper as well? Russell

1. Summer tyres and I'm trying to wear them down a bit more so I can swap them over to Coopers and get the boosts powder coated black.
2. Haven't got one yet. Big Cry
