Puma 2.2 hose clip Action number UPS 8211-1
This was out on the 12th December 2011.

To save me on typing the full PDF out ill post a picture that will tell a thousand words, basiclly some cars MAY have a clip that may run on a coolant hose. LR fix is to adjust the clips rotation on the pipe so chafing does not happen.

Good news that you spotted it early Smile I had a new hose fitted on mine as it had actually rubbed into the coolant hose and started to rub it away Sad
