Has the mechanic found metal scarf in the oil pump or is he just assuming it needs replacing? Mind you if there is piston metal in the oil where else has it gotten to, worn or blocked up?!

You have to buy the whole vent, but I would not bother, in my experience those clips break so easily no matter how many times you change they will continue to break  such poor construction. |

Gents, one thing that I forgot to mention was, I have also fitted a Push Start unit, I was sick and tired of the ignition unit and decided to altogether ditch it for electronic push start..
