I used 40mm solvent weld water pipe from screwfix, the actually outside diameter is 42.5mm, this is perfect for the turbo end of the turbo to intercooler hose.

If you set your alarm off do you get just the horns or a siren as well? My understanding of it is if you can hear a siren you’ve got a BBUS.

They’re not from your sidelight and indicator are they? Have you checked behind the passenger side headlamp for more unconnected plugs? This is typically where the BBUS is located.
